English License Exchange

If you do not hold a Danish driving licence and are living in Denmark, you are required to exchange your licence. According to Danish law, all non-EU citizens must pass both a theory test and a practical driving test in order to exchange their licence for a Danish one. However, if your driving licence was issued in Australia (Australian Capital Territory), Brazil, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea (Republic of Korea), Russia, or Ukraine, you are not required to exchange your licence.
